For the past 5 years, our mission and vision have been fulfilled through our Educational and Theater Programs, the support of our devoted guests, the community we serve, and the outstanding instructors we employ.

We have given hundreds of children memorable learning experiences rooted in magical realism, emergent curriculum, and interactive storytelling.

This year we hope to facilitate even more magic by continuing our Volunteer Program, opening our doors for public visits, publishing a Zine, and enhancing our established Theater Events.

The Moonpaper Tent is fiscally sponsored by The Shunpike, a 501(c)3 non-profit umbrella organization devoted to supporting emerging artists in the Seattle area.

VOLUNTEERS WE NEED YOU!

The Moonpaper Tent is looking for volunteers willing take the time to learn about our programs and help build our dream (which in turn could be yours) so that we can build the dreams of children.

We need dedicated volunteers for marketing, fundraising, educational outreach, and theater. We need administrative and classroom assistants, and we need grant writers.

We are currently looking for experienced people educated in performing these tasks, so that they may help to educate us! We have a good idea! But we don't have the power to do it by ourselves!

If you share the vision that each child’s imagination is a brilliant and powerful tool, and that magic is alive and dream worlds exist...

than you shouldn't hesitate to put on your brightest smile, and maybe a costume, and head on over to The Moonpaper Tent. We have something for you to do!

INTERNSHIPS AND COMMUNITY SERVICE

If you are a college or high school student in need of community hours or experience, we are the magical place to provide you with such!
